Kri Zek LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), registered in Delaware, USA, respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and share your data when you use our mobile application Altered Brilliance (“App”) and related services.
By using the App, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the App.
1. Information We Collect
1.1 Personal Information (Provided by You)
Account Data: Name, email address, and password (stored securely via Supabase Auth).
Profile Data: Your chosen Archetype (e.g., Warrior, Mage), avatar selection, and personal goals.
User Content: Reflection notes, session intentions, and journal entries you create within the App.
1.2 Usage & Gameplay Data (Collected Automatically)
Gaming Sessions: Logs of your gaming activity, including game titles, duration, session intensity, and self-reported mood ratings.
Performance Metrics: Data points used to calculate your Gamer Index (TGIX™), including focus duration, cognitive patterns, and emotional resilience metrics.
App Interactions: Participation in focus sessions, meditation history, article reads, likes, and bookmarks.
Technical Data: Device type, operating system, IP address, and crash reports.
Health & Wellness Data: We collect subjective mood ratings and focus duration solely to track your personal progress and calibrate the Gamer Index (TGIX™). This data is not used for medical diagnosis or treatment and is never shared with third parties for advertising purposes.
1.3 Subscription Data We do not store your credit card or banking details.
In-App Purchases: Subscriptions are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. We receive only a receipt token to validate your subscription status via our provider, RevenueCat.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your data to:
Calculate TGIX™: Analyze your gameplay patterns to generate your unique cognitive and emotional profile.
Generate AI Insights: Process your session logs and reflections to provide personalized "Weekly Insights" and coaching tips.
Provide Core Services: Manage your account, track your XP/Level progression, and sync your data across devices.
Improve the App: Analyze aggregate usage trends to refine our features and content.
3. Data Sharing and Third-Party Processors
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with the following trusted infrastructure providers necessary to operate the App:
Supabase (Backend & Database): Used for secure data hosting, user authentication, and file storage. Your data is isolated using Row Level Security (RLS) protocols.
Google Gemini API (Artificial Intelligence): We send anonymized gameplay and reflection text to Google's Gemini API to generate your personalized insights. This data is not used to train Google's public models.
RevenueCat (Subscription Management): Used to validate your subscription status and manage access to Premium/Ultra Gamer features.
IGDB (Game Database): Used to fetch game titles and cover art. Search queries for games are sent to this service.
Expo (Notifications): Used to send push notifications to your device (e.g., streak reminders).
PostHog (Analytics): Used for anonymous usage tracking to help us fix bugs and improve user experience.
4. Data Security
We implement enterprise-grade security measures, including:
Encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS 1.3) and at rest.
Strict database policies (RLS) that ensure users can only access their own data.
Secure management of API keys and secrets.
While we strive to protect your information, no mobile application is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
5. Data Retention
We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active.
Guest Mode: If you use the App without signing in, data is stored locally on your device. If you uninstall the App, this data is permanently lost.
Account Deletion: You may request the complete deletion of your account and all associated data at any time. You can do this directly within the App settings or by emailing us at admin@krizek.tech with the subject line "Delete My Account." We will process your request within 30 days.
6. Children’s Privacy
The App is not intended for individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 13 without verification of parental consent, we will take steps to delete that information from our servers immediately. If you believe we might have any information from or about a child under 13, please contact us at admin@krizek.tech.

Depending on your location (e.g., GDPR, CCPA), you may have the right to:
